Customer Interface Account Specialist (Romanian speaking)

Your tasks and responsibilities

Job summary:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Interface Account Specialist with Romanian and English speaking. This position is located in Budapest.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact and communicate with customers in order to manage the customer portfolio.

  • Interact and manage internal communication with Commercial team, Customer Operation, Logistics, Finance and other support functions (i.e. planning, marketing etc).

  • Understand customer needs, specific market dynamics and commercial strategy in order to proactively support a complex business by ensuring Customer satisfaction.

  • Manage a portfolio of customers within the country. Strengthen relationship with key accounts where applicable.

  • Proactive information/support to customers about OTC process. Handling of customer questions.

  • Administrative interface with Customer and Commercial.

  • Ensure Customer and Sales Team Satisfaction, measured via KPI’s

  • Validation of orders received from customers to facilitate smooth operations process and optimize profitability.

  • Actively communicates availability dates to the customers and commercial team.

  • Discuss with Commercial Team priorities on deliveries for their customers.

  • Define the priorities on deliveries to be passed to Operations team on needed frequency.

  • Reception/follow up of service complaints and give feedbacks/solutions to customers on any service complaints.

  • Follow up of Returns / Transfers Process.

  • Build up a close relationship with the customers by regularly calling them with an objective (i.e. survey of service satisfaction, communication, etc).

  • Ensures continuous updates of Customer master data and inform ERD Team and Operations Team.

Who you are

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in services linked to Customer Service or Operations /Administration/ Logistics
  • Fluent in Romanian and English is a must, other EU language is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Results-driven, proactive, problem-solving attitude, high sense of responsibility with good time management skills
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • SAP and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
